burgers

i thought i could try and make fast food at home but it didn't turn out as nicely as the mass produced ones.
the patties turned out burnt on the outside and so much fat came out of the mince i felt like i was eating pure cholesterol.

Oh, you are not alone there...I don't know what their secret is either, but my hamburger/rissoles are always horrible and greasy too, even when I choose so-called low fat mince. I have better luck using minced lamb or pork/veal combo mince.
